Znamo da pretjerujemo s fitness modelima, ali one jedine imaju nekakvu supstancu na Instagramu, a da nam vesele oči. Michelle Lewin je Instagram influencerica iz Venezuele koja rastura programe vježbanja, a u doba izolacije pokazuje da i doma možeš održati figuru.

U captionima nerijetko dijeli i savjete vezane za vježbu. Možda nema previše znanosti iza njezinih programa, ali aktivnost je aktivnost te je kao takva bolja od ničeg. Slušaj Michelle i dovedi se u red, bez obzira na rod i spol.

ABS at home🥳 Beginners & intermediate. -No fancy machines needed for training abs. The most important thing is that you really do it. Here is a basic routine for you who are about to get started, or just want to switch out the ab routine you are doing right now: 1️⃣15 repetitions / 5 sets 2️⃣15 repetitions / 5 sets 3️⃣15 repetitions (or more, it's all up to you) / 5 sets 4️⃣15 repetitions (one kick per side = 1 repetition) 5️⃣60 seconds with 30 seconds pause in between / 4 sets (Leggings & Top: @one0one_101) -Keep up the great spirit👏🏻👏🏻 More ab workouts are coming, next time it’s for the advanced. What’s up, ladies!? -Thank you for all you messages and posts showing your progress with my workout plans. You are soooo amazing!! Happy I can be a part of your healthy life style. ❤️🙏🏻❤️ To all of you reading this: -I am here to help you, and I gladly do it🙋🏼‍♀️ But if you´re still looking for that one person that will change you life, then take a look in the mirror. THAT’S your real challenge. It’s not the weight scale, since that can be misleading due to muscle weighs much more than fat. It’s… what you see in the mirror. And to like what you see, mindset is key. How many times have you said “I wish”? Quite a few times, right?🤷🏼‍♀️ Well, wishing won’t change anything. You have to actually start doing. Most of the times, the most difficult step is the first one. When you have taken that first step, I am here to constantly kick your butt to keep you going and going until your goals are reached, or even exceeded. 🥁🍾💪🏻 With that being said: -I am hereby officially your personal butt kicker. 🦵🏻🍑 And I’m proud of it.

Wow. That was insane…😳 The amount of negative private messages I got from my 2nd last post. I apparently touch something sacred… Trying to keep you guys from NOT eating like manics this holiday. So… wrong of me🤭 So… holy🤐 -Well, here’s the thing that we all must be clear on: I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m not your mother. You have a choice. And that is where my part comes in, can I be a part of you being a happier human being, then boom!! That’s my mission! I made it! 😬🤘🏻 I’m not here to tell you “Do this, don’t do that”. Everything I do here is about you, making a voluntary choice, for yourself. When the struggle is real, but I can in my own little way relieve the stress by leading you from “how the hell do I do this?” to “ahhh, so THAT’S how it is”. Happiness is what we all strive for weather you knew it or not. Happiness can be reached by a number of things, and a healthy lifestyle is for most a crucial ingredient. Eating unhealthy food without limits will make you gain fat. Gaining fat is not what I push for, gaining fat have in many cases proven being a cause of depression and too early deaths. Truth sucks, I know, but the only thing I can do about is to help those of you who don’t want to gain fat, don’t want to eat that amount you did last year but simply cannot resist. Even though it might be morally right this time if the year to say “Hell yes girl, just push it in, even if you will regret it afterwards… It’s Christmas for God’s sakes”…. I won’t do it. Why? Because I care. I care about your health, your well being and with that: your HAPPINESS. If happiness means to you to really lay off everything that has to do with physical health this holiday, it’s all good. I don’t doom you. Your body is a sculpture and YOU are the artist. -It goes so slowly to shape it, and it goes so quickly to remove every visible sign of your efforts😖 We are entering the "worst" period of the year when it comes to health. Many are struggling. The food on the table is just so tempting, and at this time of the year it's normally not tuna salad served at dinner. This is the time of year when we all, including me, eat more sugar and bad fats than the rest of the year. However, many of you don't want to eat that much, but the temptations are too strong. And everyone else don't seem to care, so let's just have another one. I am not here to tell you that you cannot enjoy the greasy food this holiday. It's not my business. I'm not your mom. It's your choice. I am here to help you if you need it, and many want tips on HOW to avoid eating too much, it's so hard to resist. I know it is! But I have learnt the following (and no one taught me this, this is how I do it): ✅Eat a pretty large healthy meal just before you sit down with family and friends. That will guaranteed make you take it easy. ✅Don't let yourself get hungry. If you do, you will make decisions you might regret. ✅If there is anything healthy on the table, eat that first. The other around is almost humanly impossible. ✅Drink a lot of water before and during dinner. That will fill up you stomach quite well and make you feel full quicker. And one for the dedicated: ✅Keep inside your purse: dental floss, tooth paste, a tooth brush and mouth wash (listerine) cool mint (all in travel size, every bigger pharmacy have it). Why?🧐 Well, when you have eaten enough and you really want to stop yourself but the cravings are whispering "one more… just one more"… go clean your mouth thoroughly so it feels really fresh, with a strong mint taste… and all those temptations are all of a sudden not so tempting anymore… Nothing tastes good with a fresh mint taste in the mouth. Repeat the mouth wash every 30 minutes… I’m probably a bit crazy, but hey! It works for me, and I'm just sharing my experiences…💁🏼‍♀️ Now party on!🥳 (Photographer @lee_lhgfx)

The truth is: we all got abs! READ THIS👇🏻👇🏻 -The difference between visable abs and “no abs at all” is the amount of fat in between the ab muscles and the skin. Everybody can go to the gym to lift weights, but not everybody can control the diet. It doesn’t just happen, you have to make a choice. You have to set a goal, and STICK TO IT. Now the question is… do you have the discipline to do it? Maybe you didn’t know it… but, YES YOU DO! Need some tips? Ok, here we go: 1. Get used to not having "bad" food at home. No matter how strong you think you are… you will eat it. Make it more complicated for yourself so you won't fall for the temptations. 2. Do it together! In a relation, it will get so much easier if you strive for the same goal: a healthier you. If your partner refuses, ask him to please respect your struggle and don't eat the pizza straight infront of you. It's a matter for respect and understanding. It's like drinking infront of an alcoholic who want to become sober. Or smoke in front of a chainsmoker who wants to quit. But many don't see it that way since it's "just" food. 3. Plan the day before what you will eat the next day. You will do yourself a favor so you don't have to make decisions when you are hungry. Those decision will never turn out the way you would want them. I am one of those: I never let myself become hungry because I can't control myself. It’s probably an instinct so strong it’s, at least for me, uncontrollable🤷🏼‍♀️ 4. If you need help with what to eat, and how much to eat: contact a nutritionist. Or, even easier and way cheaper, download the app MEALPLAN and let me help you customize a plan for you based on how you answer all the questions I will ask you when registering.
