Fitness trener rekao istinu o “cheat dayu”, neće ti se svidjeti

Mi smo prvi koji će si pretrpati facu s pizzom od četiri vrste sira, kantom sladoleda i domaćim kiflicama pa nemamo pravo ništa reći, ali ćemo pustiti neke kvalificiranije ljude od nas da odrade ono što se treba odraditi.

Nismo jedini koji preko vikenda polude što se tiče izleta u hladnjak i udaranje po Woltu. Ali ako preko tjedna paziš na namirnice koje unosiš u svoje tijelo, a priuštiš si cheat day (ili dva) kroz tjedan – možda sabotiraš sve ono dobro što radiš.

Trener James Kew je na Instagramu podijelio informaciju koliko samo jedan cheat day može utjecati na tvoje pokušaje da izgubiš tjelesnu težinu.

Ključ svakog dobrog gubljenja neželjene tjelesne težine je kalorijski deficit ili dobra stara “unesi manje nego što potrošiš”.

1 cheat day can easily undo a whole week of dieting!⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let’s say your maintenance is 2500 calories and you’re in a 20% deficit (2000 calories) to lose fat.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now if you eat 2000 calories 6 days a week and have one cheat day where you consume 5500 calories or more, you’re not going to lose fat.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now if you're sitting there thinking '5500 calories is absurd, I could never eat that much', you may need to think again. A big takeaway pizza and Ben and Jerrys ice cream could easily set you back 3000 calories, and that's just 1 meal! Kad se nagomilaju kalorije od cheat daya, nerijetko ostaneš na istom kroz tjedan tako da uzalud vam trud, vježbači.

Čak i ako ti je unos hrane okej, ali vikendom se opustiš uz koje pivo previše – možda je upravo to razlog zašto se na tvojoj fizičkoj konstituciji ništa ne mijenja i ne vidiš rezultate.

U redu je počastiti se i uživati u životu, ali ključna stvar uvijek je – umjerenost.

Izmjerili smo neki dan “serving size” m&m bombona s kikirikijem. Svega desetak bombona. 220 kalorija. Pa ti vidi kad udariš cijelu vrećicu što se dogodi.

Samo pametno. Oboružaj se znanjem, ostavi broscience braći.
